Femi is the Executive Director, Business Development for Crusader Sterling Pensions (CPL) with responsibility for sales, marketing, financial control, and investment. He has over 25 years work experience in the financial sectors of the country. He was Acting Director, Operations (overseeing operations & IT) before assuming his current role. Prior to CPL, he had cognate audit, risk and business consulting experiences in Zenith Bank, Guaranty Trust Bank and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Femi has an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (Industrial Option) from the University of Ibadan. He is a fellow of ICAN (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria), and a gold member of ISACA with CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) certification.
