Toyin Oduola is the Acting Head, Marketing Directorate 2, with over 24 years of professional experience spanning marketing, human resources, business development, and corporate strategy.

She joined CrusaderSterling Pensions in 2009 as Head, Human Resources, a role she held for eight years, during which she led key initiatives in talent management, organisational development, performance management, and workforce transformation. Following this, she was reassigned to the Marketing Department, where she served as Head, SME & Informal Sector, driving market expansion and strategic engagement across emerging and underserved customer segments. Before joining CrusaderSterling Pensions, Toyin built a strong corporate foundation at Honeywell Group and Siemens Nigeria, gaining extensive experience in multinational and conglomerate environments.

Toyin holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Social Studies from Ondo State University (1996), a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Obafemi Awolowo University (2005), and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labour Relations (MILR) from the University of Lagos (2015). She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).

She has participated in several executive development programmes in Strategy, Business Development, Leadership, Marketing, and brings a rare blend of people leadership, operational excellence, and market-driven strategy to her current role.
