Our clientele consists of employees in highly respected companies such as GT Bank PLC, Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System Plc (NIBSS), Nigeria Bottling Company (NBC), MTN Nigeria Limited, Cadbury Plc, Old Mutual Insurance, Dangote Plc, CitiBank Plc, Airtel Nigeria, several States in Nigeria and Federal government of Nigeria agencies amongst others.
We have put in place a customer Service Charter that promises not more than two days for crediting remittances into the customer account and twelve days for processing and paying all forms of retirement benefits. Our active customer base is over three hundred thousand, whilst our payout to retirees to date is over N100 billion.
Our Custodian is the First Pension Custodian Nigeria Limited owned 100% by First Bank Plc, the largest Bank in Nigeria. They were incorporated on August 16, 2005. Their branches are easily accessible and spread across the country. This attests to the safety/custody of customers’ funds.
