Data Recapture Form
The National Pension Commission (PENCOM) has directed that all RSA holders carry out a data recapture exercise with their PFA. This is a prerequisite to access your benefits.
However, the following customers are EXEMPTED from the recapture exercise:
- If your PIN starts with PEN11… or PEN21…
- If you have done the data recapture in the past
- If you recently transferred your Pension to Crusadersterling Pensions Limited
- If you had accessed your benefit or part of it from August 2019 till date.
Documents required to complete the form:
- Passport photograph on a white background
- Valid means of identification
- NIN Slip
- Birth certificate or declaration of age
- Letter of employment
