Segun has over 25 years of working experience in various fields and sectors of the economy, cutting across Training, Construction, Manufacturing, Audit, Risk, and Compliance. He started his career with Debis Nigeria Ltd in 1996 and later worked variously at Managerial level in three different organizations, where he occupied positions such as Senior Accountant and Chief Accountant.

He joined the services of UAC of Nigeria Plc in 2010 and was posted to one of its subsidiaries (UAC Restaurants Ltd), where he held various positions such as Financial Accountant, Management Accountant, as well as Acting General Manager-Finance until 2012, when he was appointed as Internal Auditor in the Group Internal Audit department of UAC.

He was deployed to UNICO CPFA LTD (a Subsidiary of UAC and a Closed Pension Fund Administrator) in 2013, where he held various positions such as Client Services Manager, Compliance and Risk Manager, as well as Finance Manager. 

He joined CrusaderSterling Pensions Limited in October 2018 as Head, Risk Management Department.

Mr. Atundaolu is a distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Fellow of the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals (FERP), Fellow of the Institute of Information Management (FIIM), and a Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO) as well as ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Implementer Certified. He holds a B.Sc. Degree in Accounting from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State, and M.Sc. Degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, Lagos State.
