Olayemi Ogunsanya is the Company Secretary and Head of the Legal department. Olayemi has over 17 years of post-call working experience, both in the private and public sectors.

She had previously worked as Legal Research Assistant with the Lagos State Judiciary and thereafter as Legal Officer /Partner at the Investment Holdings Chambers- (Bisi Braithwaite & Co.)

Olayemi is an experienced Company Secretarial, Compliance & Corporate Governance expert with a demonstrated history of working in the law practice and financial industry.

She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the Olabisi Onabanjo University and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and a Member of the Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria.
