Mrs. Subulade Ibironke Giwa-Amu is a seasoned business leader with over 27 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her expertise spans corporate and commercial banking, real estate finance, treasury, strategy, and business transformation.

She previously served as Managing Director of FBN Mortgages, where she successfully led the company’s turnaround and return to profitability. She also served as Managing Director of FBN Bank Ghana, where she oversaw the successful transition and integration of International Commercial Bank (ICB) Ghana.

Mrs. Giwa-Amu holds an LL.B (Hons) and an MBA from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Brookstone Investments and Properties, a real estate investment and advisory firm.

She currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the boards of several public and private sector organisations, including Polaris Bank and the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF). She is also passionate about community development and actively supports initiatives focused on empowering underserved communities and at-risk youth.
