Gratuity / Legacy Funds

Despite the enactment of Pension reform act 2014, employers are still allowed to continue the maintenance of Gratuity Scheme for their employees.

Gratuity schemes are managed professionally by Pension Fund Administrators on behalf of various private sector organizations in line with their various gratuity policies.

Service level agreement (SLA) and portfolio management agreement are drawn to govern administration of gratuity schemes.
