Tony Oghenerhaye

Tony has over two decades post NYSC experience in marketing, customer care, operations, procurement and business management with most of these at management level in multinational and reputable indigenous organization in the manufacturing and financial sectors. 

He presently leads the Business Development Group of CrusaderSterling Pensions with the primary responsibility of driving the company’s corporate Strategy for business creation, customers’ retention, growth and brand enhancement. 

Prior to joining CrusaderSterling in Year 2006, he was the Sales Manager both at the Crowns Division (Ijebu Ode)and Vehicle Division (Ibadan) of Frigoglass Industries Ltd. (Leventis Group); where he helped to pioneer to fruition the Sales Departments and successfully opening up both companies to mainstream marketing and competition. He also momentarily functioned in procurement and warehousing, production, quality assurance as well as serving in several ISO certification committees. 

He holds a B. Sc. (Hons) in Marketing from the University of Port Harcourt and an MPA [Mini] from RUTGERS, the State University of New Jersey. He is also an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management. 

He has attended countless trainings spanning across Strategic and administrative aspects of the corporate business environment. He is an amiable and vibrant team player.
